Course Overview

This 1-year programme is focused on developing a broad understanding of the operational aspects of the international hospitality industry while building knowledge of key operations principles of the aviation & tourism industry. The curriculum of this course has been designed in a multidisciplinary format which allows students to learn the aspects of the three interconnected sectors in one.

Duration: 12 months ELIGIBILITY: Class 12 pass or equivalent Internship: 16 weeks

ABOUT THE COURSE:

The students are shaped in line with all the essential elements which prepare them for the service sector and field of airline operations in areas of inflight services, flight management, and ticketing amongst others. Students will get to develop an understanding of the hospitality and tourism aspects which include passenger handling, ticketing, and food and beverage services amongst others.

  • Hands-on learning is emphasised in our state-of-the-art practical labs to ensure students are well-updated regarding the latest developments in the field of global hospitality.
  • Experiential learning is one of the core learning attributes, the students are granted the liberty to innovate and experiment under the guidance of experienced faculty.
  • Realising the need of the hour, the curriculum also includes special English communication sessions which run round the clock during the course duration.
  • To keep our students motivated and confident, students learn from industry experts and trainers who are invited from time to time.

 

REAL-WORLD EXPERIENCE: Students are further provided with an opportunity to refine their skills and experience the real world during their industrial training of four months.
